Our Story
Understanding Hearts Foundation was born out of lived experience — from navigating diagnoses, systems, and services while raising neurodivergent children within our own family.
Like so many parents, we discovered that support exists, but understanding how to access it — and in what order — is often the hardest part.
What started as helping our own family grew into a calling to walk alongside others facing the same challenges.
UHF exists to bring clarity where there is confusion, guidance where there is overwhelm, and connection where families feel isolated — so no one has to navigate this journey alone.
